Japanese Chef (m/w) – Sous Chef 100%
As an ideal candidate, you fulfil requirements such as:
- Several years’ experience in a professional Japanese kitchen
- Experience in Sushis as well as warm Japanese dishes
- Understand the concept of cooking seasonally and managing fresh ingredients
- Understanding and experience with regulatory standards of health, safety and food hygiene
- Ensure quality of food and detail for excellent presentation
- A flexible person who feel comfortable and is good in communication in an inter-cultural work environment
- Speak good English or German
- Must be eligible to live and work in Switzerland
